HMD Consulting Group, LLC DBA Clear Choice Marketing Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the lead marketplace platform at leads.clearchoicemg.com, as well as a portfolio of Company-owned and operated websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns ("Owned Properties"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from buyers and visitors who use our Platform.

Information We Collect

From Buyers: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number. Business address, entity type, EIN (optional). Payment information processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Account activity including purchases, orders, and lead interactions. IP address, browser type, and usage data.

From Consumers in leads we sell: Name, phone number, email address, geographic data. Vertical-specific data such as estimated tax debt, loan amount, insurance type. Consent records, opt-in timestamps, and source URL collected at the point of lead generation. Consumer data may be collected through Company Owned Properties or through third-party publisher and affiliate partners operating under written agreements with the Company.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your buyer account.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell buyer personal information to third parties. We may share information with: Service providers including Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel under confidentiality agreements. Publishers and affiliate partners only to resolve lead quality or consent disputes. Legal authorities when required by law. Business successors in the event of a merger or sale of assets.

Multi-Source Data Collection

Consumer lead data collected through Company Owned Properties and third-party publishers is aggregated on this Platform for distribution to approved buyers. Each Owned Property and publisher is required to maintain its own compliant consent records. The Company maintains records of lead source and consent data for each lead available on the Platform.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

Data Retention

Buyer account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after closure. Consumer lead data is retained per applicable law and publisher agreements.
